Parmesan Fish


2 lbs fresh halibut fillets (or other white fish)
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp grated onion
1/2 tsp salt
6 drops hot pepper sauce
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp chopped parsley

Place fish in a single layer in well-greased 12 x8 x2 inch baking dish. Combine next six ingredients; spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with parsley. Yield: 6 servings.
